Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is an extremely popular Indian actor. Keerthy appears in Tamil films as well as Telugu films, and also in a few of Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award in Best Actress category for her role as actress Savitri. She also won a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy is the daughter of Menaka G. Suresh and filmmaker G. Suresh Kumar is an aspiring actress. She started her career as a child performer in the early 2000s and was back in films following her studies of fashion design. She played her first major part as a lead actress in Geethaanjali (2013), which was a Malayalam feature film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first film projects that were not in Malayalam and signed on to participate in a variety of Tamil films at the same time. In 2015, she released A. A. Vijay's romantic comedies Idhu Enna Maayam and Vikramprabhu opposite each other. But, both films didn't do very well in cinemas. To accommodate more ambitious projects, she needed to cancel projects she'd been working on for a while. They comprised Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Kavalaivendam by Deekay. She consequently worked on two films in collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan within a short time, Rajini Murugan and Remo as well as playing the leading part for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari along with Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film has been delayed from 2015 with reports that it will be released after September, 2020 under the new name Janakitho Nenu. Subsequently, the premiere was in the film Nenu Sailaja featuring actress Ram Pothineni. In January 2017, Keerthy appeared in Bairavaa with actor Vijay and directed by Bharathan.
